John Holt spent 20 years in the software industry moving through roles in sales, marketing, service delivery, customer service, and product development. When he decided to go into business for himself, he came to an important realization. “I realized that even though I have an entrepreneurial personality, I really wanted a system and a back office behind me.”

John now has a part-time marketing assistant and a technician to ensure that he has support in the entire process from lead generation to service delivery. “I have a passion for solving problems and delivering an outstanding customer experience,” he says. “If you believe in your heart that your prospects will be better off by coming on board, then you will be letting them down if you don’t find a way to help them understand how we will make a difference for them. I don’t like to let people down.”
