Ron Orland has been a technology consultant providing key IT services for nearly 30 years. His experience is deep and varied, including project management, desktop and help desk support for Fortune 500 firms, financial services organizations, and a wide variety of NYC-area small to mid-sized businesses.
In 1999, Ron co-founded IT solutions company WTB Technologies and has managed over 1 million desktops for client organizations. For the last three years, Ron supported an international global desktop management initiative for more than 180,000 users worldwide.
Eager to get back to supporting small businesses and mid-size corporations, Ron, co-owner of CMIT Solutions of Manhattan, Times Square is pleased to be leveraging CMIT’s Enterprise Level Solutions for both new and existing clients.
Ron, a graduate of University of Northern Colorado, has lived in Manhattan for 28 years. He and his wife Lisa Denby, co-owner of marketing firm Managed Solutions LLC, have two daughters, Joanna (a rising junior at Syracuse University) and Emma (a rising high school junior) and a 6 year old dog, Scout. Ron is a passionate skier who recently fulfilled a life-long dream of helicopter skiing in Alaska.
