When the CMIT home office came out with the CMIT Promise a little over a year ago, I immediately gravitated to it–because it really speaks to what we are all about.
Defending your network. As a former military officer defending information to protect our country is second nature, and this is a very easy transition to the small business community. It is the first tenet of the CMIT Selutions of Northern Colorado Springs approach to improving small business productivity. Must like in the military, we use a defense in depth concept, with layers of defensive systems in place.
Protecting your data. This is the other side of the same coin of defense. We emphasize disaster recovery strategies–not just data back ups; encryption when that makes sense; and employee training and security plans. Our managed service clients will have a disaster recovery plan in place–it’s just not an option.
Empowering your team. We’ve made some changes in our managed service package structure to ensure all clients can get back to work as quickly as possible when a problem arises. We have two 24/7 service desks that support our clients, and their average problem resolution is 90% within 15 minutes. Instead of tapping their fingers or waiting to the next monthly visit from a technician, let’s get your team back to work in minutes if possible!
