David Charbonneau and Steven Zuehlke
David Charbonneau has 40 years of experience in multiple job functions both in the commercial and military product world His last position was with General Dynamics as a senior Technical Manager with experience in hiring and managing seniors engineers and technicians in internal research and development including new business development. He has strong skills in team development and project organization. Plus he has Project Management experience in applications of new technology and developments in the area of PC Processors, Solid State Disks, Computer Systems and their functions in a wide area network.
He got his BSEE degree from Marquette University and later in 2003 received his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
In addition to his technical work as both an engineer and manager, he served for ten years as the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors at PATH (Professional Association of Treatment Homes). He has with his wife served over 40 foster children over the last 30 years.
Zuehlke has over 30 years of program management and engineering experience and is results oriented, effectively working with both internal and external stakeholders. His industry experience includes defense, aerospace embedded computing systems and integration, working for Control Data, Computing Devices International and General Dynamics. In addition to Program Management, Steve has held positions in Test Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering Management, leading Integrated Product/Process Teams on Navy, Air Force and Army programs. Most recently Steve was responsible for Business Development and R&D strategies for Army Ground Combat Systems in the area of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).
