Kevin Baker, Managing Partner – Service & Operations
Kevin’s entire professional career has been in the technology field having worked in the Tri-Valley area for nearly 30 years. He has previously held Project Management, Product Management and Marketing positions for Triad Systems, Ultradata, and PeopleSoft. His experience includes developing technology solutions for customers ranging in size from small local businesses to multi-national Fortune 500 enterprises. Kevin founded CMIT Solutions of Pleasanton in August 2005.
Ken Norvell, Managing Partner – Business Development
After a career in sales and installation management for electronic components and capital equipment, Ken joined CMIT Solutions of Pleasanton in 2010. Most recently, he was Regional Sales Manager for Philips Electronics, coordinating the sales of electronic manufacturing equipment to small and medium sized businesses. Prior to that, he managed sales and business development of electronic components and semiconductor assemblies. Ken has lived in the Tri-Valley area for more than 25 years.
Jim Thurman – Sr. Technician
Jim joined CMIT Solutions in 2005 coming from the Healthcare industry where his technical career began in 1998. He gained professional experience at McKesson, John Muir and Contra Costa County Health Services while progressing from an entry level support technician to a senior level analyst with supervisory and project lead experience. He was instrumental in county wide system upgrade rollouts and complete network conversions. Jim is particularly strong in desktop/laptop support and networking, and has received numerous complements from our clients for his customer support.
Brad Gelesic – Network / Systems Engineer
Brad is a Microsoft and Cisco certified professional with over 20 years in the information technology field. His previous experience includes various support and management positions in the manufacturing, software development and insurance fields. Brad provides expert support and consultation for networks, router/firewalls, and for all Microsoft Windows desktop, laptop and server software and operating systems.
Jodi Minshall – Service Delivery Manager
Jodi is a CompTIA A+ certified technician with more than 14 years experience in IT support and systems administration. Her professional experience includes managing assignments for Help Desk IT Analysts for the western region of TE Connectivity, and providing support for the employees in their Menlo Park office. Prior to that, Jodi held various support and system administration roles with Juniper Networks, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Deeya Energy and Intel Corporation. Jodi provides day to day monitoring of our client’s networks, systems and data backups, resolving any issues that arise. She also coordinates the efforts of our technical team in providing service to our clients.
