Demetrius Alusi – President/Owner
Demetrius has 18 years of IT experience in a variety of settings, and came to CMIT Everett in 2013 from another CMIT office in the state of Georgia. He is an experienced Systems Architect and is well versed in day-to-day CMIT operations. As President, Demetrius manages Operations and Sales for the organization.
Sue Smythe – Treasurer/Owner
Sue has nearly 40 years’ experience in the computer industry. She started this business in 2006 with her husband, John Smythe. John is now retired and Sue manages the company’s finances to include banking, billing, payroll, tax filings, accounts payable, cash flow, and she interfaces with the company’s bookkeeper and CPA.
Bonnye Westphal – Service Delivery Manager
As a former IT business owner, Bonnye has been involved in all phases of IT, from system/network administration, Help Desk and customer service, to staffing and project management. Bonnye is well suited to manage our Service Delivery Team.
Shawn Lanphear – Senior Systems Administrator
Shawn is a skilled systems engineer and a key member of our team. His understanding of systems and servers, and his ability to convey that understanding to our technicians and clients, is a critical component of our success. We appreciate Shawn’s contributions to our team.
Bern Osterhaug – Technical Support Manager
Bern provides phone support to our clients’ end users. Bern is committed to excellent customer service and does a great job communicating with users as he helps them solve their computer issues.
Kraig Carlson – Service Desk Technician
Kraig also provides phone support to our clients’ end users. Kraig does a great job helping users resolve their computer issues so they can get back to work as soon as possible.
Tony Gentilo, Tim Swedberg – Field Technicians
Tony and Tim travel to client sites to provide hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Krystle Reedy – Office Administrator
Krystle answers the phone, creates the tickets, and coordinates the technicians’ activities. She’s the glue that keeps everything flowing and clients served.
