Karen Stephens
Karen Stephens, Owner and President, founded CMIT Solutions of Wexford after a successful career in the financial services industry. Throughout her 25 year career Ms. Stephens led the efforts of large Trust and Investment institutions in the areas of system integration, service operations and IT operations. Her experience also included leading marketing organizations responsible for knowledge management systems, market research, systems & process infrastructure and policy coordination for cross-organizational sales and marketing activities. In addition to line responsibilities, Ms. Stephens has been frequently called upon to take on leadership assignments in strategic corporate initiatives. These have included Sales & Marketing Strategy, Acquisition Due Diligence, Strategic Planning, Profit Improvement Initiatives, Business Integration, Diversity, Product Development, and Quality Improvement. Ms. Stephens received a master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Oregon.
Matthew A. Dixon
Matthew Dixon, Marketing Coordinator, joined CMIT Solutions in 2006. Mr. Dixon is committed to customer service and has served in a customer service capacity in a number of different companies. Mr. Dixon enjoys helping clients find ways to improve their business either by resolving issues or by implementing new solutions. A native Western Pennsylvanian, Mr. Dixon understands the unique needs of our local customers. Mr. Dixon received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing and Management from Penn State University.
Jeffrey C. Peery
Jeffrey Peery, Senior Technician, joined CMIT Solutions in 2006. Mr. Peery has over 25 years experience in managing and operating customer oriented small businesses. He obtained Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification in 2000 and has attended many Microsoft and other continuing education workshops. Mr. Peery received a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
Sharon L. Zerbe
Sharon Zerbe, Client Service Manager, joined CMIT Solutions in 2007. Ms. Zerbe manages client services as well as remote and on-site support for CMIT clients. Sharon’s experience includes office management as well as computer programming in both large and small business settings. Ms. Zerbe received a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Systems and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Grove City College.
Barbara A. Kimbell
Barbara Kimbell, Marketing Specialist, joined CMIT Solutions in 2010. Ms. Kimbell has over 20 years experience in managing and training staff as well as designing and maintaining websites for non-profit companies. She works with client service functions, customer billing as well as assisting with marketing strategies. Ms. Kimbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University.
