I just wanted to take a brief moment to let you know how happy I am with the computer services that we receive from CMIT Wexford.

As you may or may not be aware, one of our computers crashed last week. I contacted Pete who walked me through several steps on how I may be able to fix things on my own. When that wasn't working, he offered to stop by on his way home from work that day to take a look at it. He inspected the computer, and determined the best course of action was to take the laptop back to his office. He made practical recommendations and assessed the situation very quickly, which I appreciated. The next day, back at your office, he and Jeff spent time trying to salvage the data from the computer. They worked very hard and I appreciate them taking the time to try and recover the items that were stored.

Pete contacted me as soon as the computer was done so that we could pick it up. I had it back the next day!

One of our computers would not fully boot-up and kept restarting. CMIT Solutions came right over to help with the problem. The technician diagnosed the problem as a root-kit virus and determined I would need to do a complete re-install of my Operating System. She was able to help me save all of my important files and e-mail messages and address book. She provided simple but detailed instructions for me to perform the re-install and responded quickly to any questions I had in getting my computer fully up and running again. The technician made several follow-up calls the following week to confirm everything was in good order and that I had no new problems.
