About our CMIT Family
Owners…
Carol Beardslee has over 30 years of business experience. She received her BA in Psychology and minor in Sociology from Rutgers College. Carol’s expertise is in Human Resources, Customer Service, and Sales, having worked for several large corporations through most of her career. She also ran her own weight reduction business in the mid 1980s. Carol’s goal is “to ensure that after partnering with CMIT Solutions of West Essex, each of our clients becomes a ‘raving fan’. Not being an IT Professional is a plus for our business. In my corporate life, I experienced way too many frustrations with our IT service partners. I am determined that our clients will never experience these frustrations.”
Guy Beardslee graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and worked in chemical production management, product management, and sales and marketing management for most of his career while earning a Maser’s Degree in Applied Science from NYU. Guy became involved in computer programming in the late 1990’s before leaving the large corporate environment for CMIT Solutions of West Essex. Throughout his career Guy has managed teams, focusing them on resolving issues to exceed goals and earn customer satisfaction.
Our Technology Team
CMIT Solutions of West Essex’s technical team is our most valuable resource. We could never maintain our “raving fan” goals without their talent, not only in their technical expertise, but in their superior customer service.
Joe DeCeglie is our Sr.Technical Engineer. Joe graduated from the University of Miami with a BS in Health Science and received his Diploma in Network Engineering and Data Communications from Chubb Institute. He has also been awarded his MCSA and CCNA. Coming from the large corporate environment before joining our team, Joe had over 10 years of technical, analytical and management experience. He has been with CMIT Solutions of West Essex for over 2 years. Joe’s strength is analyzing a client’s situation and needs and then being able to provide the most efficient and cost effective solutions for that client.
Krzysztof Sierant is our Network Engineer. Krzys’ technical experience started in Poland, where he was schooled as an IT technician. Once coming to the United States, he was awarded his CNE and MCP while working in the large corporate environment. Krzys’s strength are setting, repairing and maintaining networks in both Windows and Novell.
