Linda Kuppersmith, owner and President of CMIT Solutions of Stamford. Linda started CMIT Stamford in 2005 having worked for over 20 years managing the technology departments for large Fortune 500 companies such as Prudential and Oxford Health and small start-ups such as i3 Mobile and Sage Insurance. Her leadership and ability to bring business value has been a mainstay in her career.

Linda is committed to building a service team that provides the top notch customer service and technology services that SMB (small mid-size business) companies need in order to survive and thrive in today's economy. That also means the right customer experience at SMB prices.

Linda has been nationally recognized for the work she has done in developing CMIT Solutions Inc. and CMIT Solutions of Stamford. She was awarded CMIT's Mach II award for her office's first-year growth and the following year was recognized with the Team Performance award. In 2008 she was asked to be a founding member of CMIT's Pacesetters, whose membership is limited to the top 15 producers in the franchise as is a mastermind group. At the annual convention in May of this year she was given the CMIT Regional Leadership award. Most exciting is a book that she has co-authored with several other Pacesetters, "I Just Want My Computer to Work".

Linda is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in General Business Administration. Linda is also a graduate of Regional Leadership Forum from the Society of Information Management, a nine-month Leadership Development program of Babson College in Massachusetts.

Linda has been a resident of Stamford for nearly 20 years, having moved here with her entrepreneur husband Scott in 1990, who she met in college. She has two wonderful teenage daughters Cara & Ashley and her Mom lives with them too.

Chris Weaver, Technical Director and Senior Business Solution Specialist. Chris started with the company in 2006 having worked for over 15 years designing and implementing enterprise level Infrastructure at Kemper Insurance. During that time he also managed a team of engineers to assist him in the growing needs of the company and was a frequent advisor to the IT Managment Team.

Chris is committed to ensuring that the technical service delivery team is implementing consistant industry best practices. Chris is also charged with vetting out new technologies that are being considered as new or replacement solutions for the firm's solution set.

Chris is recognized within the national CMIT Solutions team, as one of our most advanced and knowlegable engineers.   Chris earned his BS in Computer Engineering and holds Microsoft certifications.  Chris is also a resident of Stamford and is joined here by his wife, young daughter and a soon to be born new addition to the family.

 

Gedas Aleksas, Certified Technical Specialist. Gedas started with the company in 2007 having worked for a Kesko Agro Lietuva a subsidiary of a leading trading company in Finland, Kesko Agro LTD.

Gedas's commitment to his clients satisfaction and ability to put his extensive workstation and server experiences to work for them, has made him a rising star within CMIT.  Gedas holds a Master in Computer Science Engineering and is Microsoft Small Business Specialist certified and also is a resident of Stamford.

 

Dave Wass, Technical Services Director – Danbury. Dave has been with  CMIT  since 2005, and has over 11 years experience in project management and development of Information Technology solutions in all phases of software development and hardware/network installation, configuration and maintenance. Dave has a B.B.A degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Information Systems Security.

Lucy Walker, Desktop Application Specialist, POS & Quickbooks Specialist, MS Office Coach-Trainer.  Lucy joined CMIT in 2005 and with her extensive experience helps clients get the most out of the desk top software they have invested in. 

Barbara Dove, Help Desk Director.  Barbara has been with CMIT since 2006 and has been a quality and services professional with over 20 years industry experience.  Barbara manages our CMIT Help Desk team which includes Jay, Brian, Andrew and Julian.
