He clearly understands that to be successful, businesses need to focus on their business, not trying to solve IT problems. It is critical that SMBs leave the IT problems to the IT professionals who can provide IT solutions and get problems solved quickly without interrupting business. SMBs just need their computers to work so they can focus and grow their business. Additionally, he believes that to many business owners underestimate the need for disaster recovery planning. Businesses need to be sure data backups are consistently made and validated so that data recovery can be made easily and quickly. It only takes one disaster to wipe you out if you’re not prepared.
