It is critical that SMBs leave the IT problems to the IT professionals who can provide IT solutions and get problems solved quickly without interrupting business. SMBs just need their computers to work so they can focus and grow their business. Additionally, he believes that to many business owners underestimate the need for disaster recovery planning.
