CMIT Solutions of Southern Westchester is the small business IT support and IT services company for Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Eastchester, Edgemont, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, and Yonkers.
CMIT Solutions of Southern Westchester helps small and medium sized businesses use information technology to increase revenue and enhance productivity. We work closely with our clients to improve the hassles and headaches associated with technology.
More often than not, small and medium sized businesses are forced to use a "computer expert" - a person with a cell phone, a car and not much else - or have a single staff responsible who is drafted into becoming the "computer person". This is prone to failure because computer technology is constantly changing and becoming more complex. It is also becoming increasingly difficult to guard against more sophisticated viruses, worms, spyware, hackers and phishing.
CMIT Solutions can eliminate those problems by providing you with a fully staffed and certified IT department at a reasonable cost.
We are unique because:
We solve 80% of the most common computer problem through preventive maintenance thereby reducing down time and expensive on-site technician calls.
We provide 24x7 remote monitoring from our Network Operations Centre and troubleshooting including online and Help Desk support.
We prevent internet threat from occurring by implementing automated remote monitoring and systematic patch and vulnerability scans.
We can provide you with optimal hardware and software selections through our partnerships with major vendors - including Dell, Microsoft and QuickBooks.
We will work to become your trusted advisor for all of your computer technology which will allow you to focus on your business.
