When the dissolution of Cendant was complete, Armando decided to focus his efforts on providing technology services to small and mid-sized businesses and public speaking engagements. Prior to his tenure at Cendant, Armando spent 15 years at Citibank. His return to Nassau County is not surprising considering his experience in serving business clients as an EVP in Citibank's retail banking decision.
