In October 1998, Jeff co-founded UpLink Golf (GPS/Golf business) located in Austin, Texas, serving as its COO until May 2003. In May 2003 he founded Gener8Biz (Sales/Marketing Consultancy) located in Austin, Texas and has served as its President & CEO since May, 2003. In August 2003, he also began to teach sales and marketing in the Acton School (an Entrepreneurial MBA program) located in Austin, Texas. He joined CMIT’s Board of Directors in August 2005 and became its CEO in 2006.

Georgia Jones is the founder and original board member of CMIT Solutions. Over the years Georgia has continued to provide visionary leadership to the company.
Prior to leading this organization, she worked in the United States Senate in Washington D.C. A graduate of the University of Texas, Georgia is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Austin. She has been featured on "Positively Texas", CNNfn's "Business Unusual", and in Women's Day magazine.

Sheri Vandermause has been an integral part of the CMIT management team since May 2003. Her extensive background in business development, executive coaching and staffing management lend themselves well to her executive role. Prior to her current role, Sheri served as director of business training, responsible for the successful launch of new franchisees. Previously, she was a partner and consultant in Valeo consulting group and regional vice president for COREstaff staffing services.
Sheri is thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the expansion of CMIT through the addition of top quality franchise partners - to become the leading provider of technology solutions for small and medium businesses.

Melanie Fricke began her career as an IT support intern at CMIT Solutions, developing the company’s first knowledge base and CRM databases. After her graduation from the University of Texas she served in key technology roles with Prodigy/SBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers and most recently, Coremetrics. Her efforts there contributed to a 220% growth in revenue and she was personally responsible for bringing in over $6M in annualized revenue for the company. In 2002 she became an entrepreneur herself and co-founded a web development company, Lone Star Media, which continues to enjoy success today. Her strong background in sales, client service and information technology is a great addition to CMIT’s Home Office team.

Controller – Jennifer Seidel

Mrs. Seidel has been  part of the CMIT management team since November 2007.  Her experience includes an 8 year extensive background  in Finance, Accounting, Credit, Collections and Compliance. Previously, Jennifer held a position with a National Textile company as the Office and Account Manager.  As an entrepreneur herself, in 2001, she founded a continually growing credit repair company, Capital Credit Repair. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), a Notary for the State of Texas and she continues to advance in her career. Jennifer is an valued asset to the CMIT Family.
