Background

• Cindy Shimko, President and Owner, has operated her CM IT Solutions franchise since May 2001
• Cindy is a CPA, prior to starting CM IT Solutions franchise, was a partner with Ernst & Young, providing financial consulting services to a wide range of E&Y clients throughout the Southern US
• Prior experience includes E&Y’s National Office, where she started their first computer “help desk”, responsible for development and support of E&Y’s software products for the health care industry, developed and provided training for both E&Y staff, as well as clients, across the US and Puerto Rico
• Also was CFO for a multi-state chain of health care providers, responsible for the financial operations of the corporation, also consolidated numerous acquisitions including conversion and consolidation of multiple information systems
