Welcome to CMIT Solutions of Hartford. My name is Paul Marzo. I am the owner and president of CMIT Solutions of Hartford, a Computer IT Company in Connecticut. We are the Hartford-area office of the nationally known CMIT Solutions, Inc., a Computer IT service industry provider - and leader - for over fifteen years.
I'd like to tell you a little about myself and how CMIT is a truly different (and better!) approach to providing you IT Support and helping you take advantage of technology to enhance your business.
Technology is in my blood: my father started in the computer business in the 1950’s and I began programming computers in the early 80's on a $200 Commodore 64. After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Math and Computer Science, I entered the IT Consulting world - serving the technology needs of diverse set of businesses throughout the country. For 12 years, I learned and leveraged for large corporate clients the best practices of one of the largest and most respected IT consulting companies in the world – EDS.
During this time, I also had the opportunity to work as an independent contractor for small businesses. The personal satisfaction of truly making a difference for small business owners made this time the most satisfying of my career.
Over the last 16 years, my wife and I have been settled in Granby CT - raising our four children and actively participating in the local community. Professionally, I continued to work in corporate IT and earned a Master’s in Computer Science but the calling to work as a trusted technology advisor for small businesses never left.
When I discovered CMIT Solutions, I knew that it was the perfect opportunity to once again work with small business owners.
