From the moment a new franchisee begins the journey to open their business, the CM IT Home Team is dedicated to providing exceptional training, mentoring, and support.  Our Start-up Support program will cover every detail of getting your business up and running. We offer a unique “Jump Start” manual that spells out exactly what must be done, and in what order—we call it our recipe for success. You’ll soon be ready to go and ready to grow.

Our on-site Franchisee training program is held at our home office in Austin, Texas. The agenda is packed with information on service methodology, recruiting and interviewing skills, comprehensive marketing and sales program and more. We offer interactive, hands-on and role-playing training to fine-tune the skills you need most. 

A major portion of our franchisee training focuses on sales, marketing and business techniques, building an efficient operation and organization, including use of financial and contact management software to kick-start your success. Finally, we focus on the management and leadership of your IT Team, giving you proven strategies to avoid and resolve personnel issues, and create the conditions for significant individual contribution.

Once your training is complete, we continue supporting franchisees on a daily basis. You’ll have access to our private, password-protected franchisee support sites as well as personal access to the CM IT Home Team staff. Annual conventions and ongoing training opportunities continue to connect you to our strong, national CM IT Network for the life of your business.
