Kerrie Haverty, Manager, Warren Johnson Architects

My name is Kerrie Haverty and I run an Architectural Firm in Palatine, IL.  Until now we have had many computer issues over the years.  We have lost hours of work and probably a good amount of hair and patience in the process also. We received a wonderful packet from CMIT in the form of a questionnaire, does this happen to you?  As I read I answered, yes, yes again, and yes again.  I called and they came in and told us what we needed to do and changes we should make to never have these problems happen again.  Best call I ever made.  We no longer have to worry about things being lost and if there is ever a problem with any of our equipment, they are usually here and gone having fixed the problem before the doors even open for the day.The staff is wonderful to work with and we feel safe and secure in their hands knowing they are working as hard as they can for each dollar we spend.

In Their Words

"For our [clinical research facility], it was better to have a preventive plan in place so that if something did break, we would be ahead of it, and it wouldn’t break instead of waiting for something to happen and then fix it. So, now CMIT is monitoring everything, and we haven’t had any issues so they can catch the problem before it even happens. "
