For businesses with 5 to 99 computers, CMIT Solutions also offers a managed services plan. For a fixed monthly fee, the CMIT Marathon managed services plan provides proactive maintenance and technical support for your business’ technology infrastructure – including computers, servers, networks, and printers.
About the Owners:
John and Sue have over 50 years combined business experience between them. John’s background is accounting and finance. He has held Controller/CFO positions for a variety of companies, with a heavy emphasis in the retail industry plus eight years experience in non-profit. In this capacity John was responsible for IT oversight and the implementation of accounting systems, POS systems, inventory control systems, and payroll systems. He has a strong sense of the controls that need to be in place in order to run a successful business. John also owned several businesses over the years, including several bookstores and a nightclub.
Sue’s background is information technology. She has held software development and IT management positions in a variety of companies, with most recent experience in the software industry. Sue has been involved with all aspects of product development, is knowledgeable in project management, and understands what it takes to get a product to market. Sue also owned a computer consulting firm targeting small businesses with IBM mid-range machines.
About the Team Members:
Our staff is our mostly highly regarded resource. We carefully select the best and brightest people to provide top notch service to our clients in the Everett/Snohomish County area.
Eric Armstrong is our IT Manager and Senior Network Consultant. His job includes all aspects of providing technical support for our clients. Eric is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and is the face of our company in the field. Most of his time is spent working on site with our clients, building relationships and managing their technology. Eric is highly qualified to provide this support.
Joe Mrazik is our Network Engineer. His job is to keep our clients’ systems running trouble-free. Joe is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), making him uniquely qualified to ensure our clients’ networks are configured and operating correctly.
Eric and Joe are our local “boots on the ground” and receive expert professional support from a large cast. They are supported remotely by 180 certified technicians at our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk, and locally by our on-call Network Engineers, combining to make a comprehensive support team for our clients.
