John and Sue Smythe

John and Sue Smythe own the local office in Everett, Washington, providing computer services that growing businesses in the Everett/Snohomish County area need – security, troubleshooting, installations, networking, online data backups, disaster recovery, and more – all things necessary to ensure you have a safe and stable networking environment.

John and Sue have over 50 years combined business experience between them, and since 2006 have been providing expert IT consulting and support to a broad range of industries in the Everett/Snohomish County area. Our staff is our mostly highly regarded resource and we carefully select the best and brightest people to provide top notch service to our clients.

Roger Head is our IT Manager and Senior Consultant. Roger brings a vast frame of reference from more than 20 years in sales, technology, and general management. Roger is technical manager to our technicians, project manager to ongoing projects, and account manager to our clients. We rely on Roger to make sure things are done right and our clients are happy.

Matt Stewart is our Senior Systems Engineer. Matt has an extensive background working with small and medium-sized businesses, and brings to the table strong knowledge of current technology and proven problem-solving skills. Matt is our go-to person for new installations, complex projects, and problem diagnosis and resolution.

Roger and Matt are our local “boots on the ground” and receive expert professional support from a large cast. They are supported remotely by 180 certified technicians via our Network Operations Center (NOC) and locally by our Support Technicians. We also have the resources of offices nationwide that we can call on for assistance. These combined resources make a comprehensive support team for our clients.
