Beth is a very energetic person and she's brought a lot of good ideas to us, because she looks at computer problems from a business as well as a technical perspective, she's able to think outside the box and comes to me with innovative new ideas. She listens very well, and she's asked us some pointed questions, and she's come up with a couple of very creative solutions for us.
Many outsourced IT professionals will look at a technical problem and just throw more equipment at it. This can work for a little while, but eventually a company has to look at the root cause of their problems. 'We know that Beth, and [her technician] are looking out to make sure that our network and operations are running properly. They're not just the folks out there waiting to sell us another computer, another printer, another monitor when something fails."
He continues. "They're out there actually trying to make sure that our system is up and running reliably. And really, what we've hired them for is to keep us running."
