The biggest reason I use CMIT is for the peace of mind they give me. One of our computers would not fully boot-up and kept restarting. CMIT Solutions came right over to help with the problem. The technician diagnosed the problem as a root-kit virus and determined I would need to do a complete re-install of my Operating System. She was able to help me save all of my important files and e-mail messages and address book.
