He has defined and developed new hardware products, established new industry standards and managed large and small teams over 3 continents.He worked for Texas Instruments for over 20 years, where he defined and implemented strategies that led to $1 billion plus revenue streams. He managed succesful operations in Europe and the US. He then led marketing and product strategy at 3 entrepreneurial technology start-ups. In 2008, he founded CMIT Solutions of the Dallas Tollway Corridor, and has built that organization to a local leader through a fanatical focus on customer service, and building an outstanding technical team.
