Going the franchise route

Rich Szymanski admitted his decision to take his career in a new direction probably couldn't have happened at a worse time, coming as it did 18 months ago with the economy tanking and clients suspending plans for software upgrades.

But now, having chosen the franchise business route, he's broadened his knowledge of the constantly changing information technology field and sports a growing base of clients in need of technical support and advice.
