Jerry Karson, owner and President of CMIT’s franchise serving Chicago’s northern suburbs, has over 30 years experience in providing Information Technology services to companies ranging from Fortune 100 to middle market to small business and start-ups. Jerry directed a regional IT consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and was also the CIO for a mid-sized professional services company. He has a proven track record in exceeding expectations, building value and creating differentiation for his clients. His significant expertise includes solving business problems, reducing operating costs and improving competitive advantage, revenue potential, and the timeliness and usefulness of information.

 

Jerry is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business.  His CMIT exploits have been featured in the Chicago Sun-Times and Wall Street Journal.  Jerry is also the co-author of "I Just Want My Computers to Work!" A Business Owner's Guide to Technology Peace of Mind.  Besides CMIT, Jerry’s passions are family, baseball, hockey and a good red wine.
