Our Staff
James Bellotti is the owner and President of CMIT Solutions of Central Nassau. Mr. Bellotti’s career in information technology spans four decades. He brings to the table an understanding of computers and computer networks based in the preliminary building blocks of today’s hottest technologies.
In 2004 he founded CMIT Solutions of Central Nassau to provide information technology to the small business user. He has provided his services to the legal, real estate, accounting and small business community of Nassau County and environs.
Mr. Bellotti spent three decades developing and implementing information technology solutions for the financial services industry. He has led projects in credit card, payment processing, consumer demand deposit, consumer savings, auditing and financial control.
In 1982, he joined Citicorp and was instrumental in expanding the consumer credit card system to a nationwide platform. He followed this with the implementation of a regional banking network to support branches, back offices, ATM’s and online banking. In 1988, he joined Manufactures Hanover Trust, a predecessor of JPMorgan Chase, to develop and implement a regional network and upgraded consumer processing system. From there he directed several merger and acquisition efforts.
Mr. Bellotti earned a BS from St. John’s University, an MBA from Baruch College and a MS in Management from Polytechnic University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional and member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is also a member of local PMI chapters and special interest groups.
Our team of information technology, computer and networking experts serving businesses in Nassau County, New York area with more than 100 years of accumulated experience. Our expertise includes: project, application, release, relationship, resource and quality management in the areas of operations, systems development and support.
The staff has earned 6 baccalaureates, 5 masters and 2 PhD degrees from prestigious universities. In addition to A+, Security+ and Network+ certifications from CompTIA, Dell and Compaq service engineering certifications, Microsoft Certified System Administrators
