Job Title:  Business Application Manager (BAM)

CMIT Solutions, Inc. is the corporate office of a national IT Support and Services franchise of over 135 offices.  We are looking for a qualified Business Application Manager. Must be energetic and a team player. This is a great opportunity to make an impact for a fast growing technology company.  This position will be the key driver for success of our CRM and Marketing tools including Salesforce.com, Pardot Marketing Automation, and Autotask CRM.  This role will focus on user adoption, administration and configuration, and data analytics for our marketing programs.  This role is a mix of marketing and technical acumen.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Systems include Salesforce.com, Pardot and Autotask:



  • Strategize and plan systems layout based on end user requirements and business objectives

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for systems

  • Maintain the role hierarchy as the organizational structure  changes over time

  • Reset user passwords

  • Add, delete, and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization

  • Act as the single point of contact for certain inquiries from the franchise owners or 3rd party marketing firms

  • Assist with bulk imports of leads after the go-live date

  • Update lists on a quarterly basis

  • Maintain security profiles and access rights for users

  • Maintain, add, or delete lead assignment and scoring rules

  • Configure shared, custom reports

  • Configure standard UI options for groups of users

  • Escalate issues to salesfroce.com, Pardot or Autotask support as required

  • Create or delete custom-defined fields

  • Update custom-defined page layouts and record types

  • Analyze campaign results and distribute to owners

  • Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

  • Devise, coordinate, and conduct data-cleansing initiatives to purge and eliminate corrupt or redundant information from the systems.

  • Benchmark Salesforce.com and Pardot initiatives against best practices to ensure optimal performance.

  • Formulate and conduct training sessions and teaching materials for franchise owners

  • Lead complex technical discussions on integration and overall technology solutions and design.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners and home office staff on use of our systems

Desired Skills & Experience
EDUCATION:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR, if no degree, 6 years Project Management experience.

EXPERIENCE:



  • Experience working on Salesforce automation and CRM systems

  • 2 years of hands-on experience leading salesforce.com implementations, preferably integrated with email automation systems

  • 3 years project management experience, including full-life cycle project/program management

  • Experience in salesforce.com, system architecture, design, and development

  • Experience communicating with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing

  • HTML and website development experience a plus
