If you answered yes to any of these questions-IT IS TIME TO CONTACT US!!

Why us and not another Fox Valley IT Service Provider or Consultant? Here is why we are better:

-We can instantly cut your companies IT Support Costs an average of 35% while simultaneously improving the speed performance and reliability of your computer systems and network.

-Dramatically reduce your risk of experiencing a very expensive, highly disruptive network outage, downtime or disaster.

-Give you complete PEACE OF MIND that your computer network is constantly being watched over, protecting you from viruses, malware, hackers, data loss and other disasters.

-Saving money is important to every business & organization and we will certainly deliver this to you. In addition to cost savings, you will:

Our network monitoring and maintenance prevents network disasters from ever happening in the first place. As a matter of fact, we guarantee it.  If you are not happy and completely satisfied with our services we will issue a full refund for up to 90 days.

·        Instant technical support so you don’t have to wait around to get help. 93% of all tech support calls are answered live; the other 7% get a call back within 15 minutes or less. Plus, our technicians will be able to support and troubleshoot most network problems right from our offices – the INSTANT you call - so you no longer have to wait around with your computer down for a tech to show up!

  • Safeguard your data. The data on the hard disk is always more important than the hardware that houses it. If you rely on your computer systems for daily operations, it's time to get serious about protecting your critical, irreplaceable electronic information.

  • Eliminate annoying spam, pop-ups, and spyware from taking over your computer and your network. Not only are these intruders annoying, but they can introduce viruses and jeopardize the security of your network.

Steps big and small are needed to prepare, local companies say

Everyone hopes they won’t have to use a disaster plan, but local small-business owners who have suffered a major loss urge people to develop one nonetheless.

Susan and Lawrence Crane of The Party Concierge are glad they did some disaster preparation. An Aug. 6 fire started in a neighboring business and consumed The Party Concierge's 40,000-square-foot space, including all of the props and merchandise of the 19-year-old event decor and design business. Their damages are estimated at $5 million.

Like so many business owners, Helen Feng left corporate culture to control her own destiny.

With a heavy information technology background, Feng selected a CMIT Solutions franchise. Since June 2009, she has been the sole Las Vegas-area franchisee. Soon, she may have some company.

CMIT Solutions aims to open four or five Las Vegas franchises by the end of 2013.

"It's an area where we believe there's a void in the market," said Sheri Vandermause, vice president of franchise development.

To one degree or another, the vast majority of businesses today rely on technology to operate. For those that depend on it, unscheduled downtime of critical network components results in more than inconvenience and frustration. Downtime equals lost profits.

"When CMIT and Armando came in, he explained to me what files to look for in data backups and he showed me that they are being backed up not only on our internal systems but on external systems.  We have a lot of internal backup systems, but if there is a flood or the hurricane which occurred here last tax season, a lot of accounting firms got washed out.  They lost a lot of their...
"I was very scared of having anything go wrong with my computers.  All my financial information for the business is on my computers, all the medical information of every patient I’ve ever taken care of is on the computers, and yes,  it concerned me a lot when I thought about something crashing, or if there is a virus, or if somebody hacks into my system, what liability am I taking on....
"If someone chooses CMIT for an outsourced IT company, they are really going to find someone who has a personal relationship with their business; that they try to understand the culture of their client’s business and do their work to that standard.  We are not just paying them to fix things, we are really working together to improve our business, and they were able to help us create a...
