Frank Picarello - Chief Operating Officer
Frank is responsible for the programs and initiatives helping CMIT’s owners succeed. Frank joined CMIT in 2011 and was most recently the Founder and CEO of Cadence Business Consulting, an IT service firm specializing in business growth and operational strategies for Managed Service Providers.
Frank brings over 20 years of service leadership experience including strategy, market and business development, and operations. Previously Frank was an executive at All Covered a large national Managed Service Provider responsible for operations and M&A. Prior Frank was the Nortel Networks VP of Enterprise Professional Services for North America, Group Vice President for MicroAge Technologies Services, and held several executive positions at IBM Global Services including General Manager for their enterprise services business in North America. Mr. Picarello holds an BSET degree from DeVry University and advanced studies at Pace University in NY and currently resides in Austin Texas.
